Jamie Nordhagen, RN, NEA-BC, is the senior director of patient flow and capacity management at the University of Colorado Hospital. She has participated in the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Hospital Flow program and has been pivotal in improving hospital flow at UCHealth. Nordhagen is recognized as a visionary healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience in developing collaborative multidisciplinary teams and highly reliable processes that facilitate high-value patient care delivery.

Nordhagen holds a Master of Science from Regis University and is a board-certified Nurse Executive.
