Robert Boesch, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CPHQ

Robert Boesch is the associate CNO at Centra Health and the former vice president of surgical services at Penn State Health. Boesch’s commitment to front-line-driven improvement involves tackling the most challenging issues that face the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Centra Health, he lead 35 ORs between the adult and children’s hospital as well as adult perianesthesia units, children’s hospital perianesthesia units, sterile processing services, scheduling services and business operations. He was responsible for approximately 400 full-time employees, including directors and managers, over multiple departments. Boesch received his master’s degree and doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University. He received his bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America in 2008.
