Anita Halvorsen, FACHE, is senior vice president, Executive Engagement, American College of Healthcare Executives in Chicago. The role encompasses the oversight of membership and credentialing of the 51,000 healthcare executive members of the professional association. Additionally, Ms. Halvorsen leads the Customer Service Center, the Career Resource Center and Research and has responsibility over diversity and inclusion, strategic partnerships, and numerous forum memberships. Prior to ACHE, Ms. Halvorsen was a regional strategy and growth officer for Presence Health in Chicago. She served as an ACHE Regent from 2014 to 2016. Before assuming progressive executive leadership roles in several healthcare organizations, Ms. Halvorsen worked as a speech-language pathologist.
