Bianca Belcher is a director for CHLM. She brings expertise in practice growth strategy, improving work flow efficiency, and in the development and implementation of education curricula. Bianca has spent her clinical career as a hospital-based PA in the department of neurosurgery at Brigham &; Women's Hospital in Boston practicing in the outpatient, inpatient, and operating room arenas. In addition to her clinical work, she holds academic positions at Harvard Medical School, Northeastern University, and Massachusetts General Hospital Institute for Health Professions. Bianca's interests include analyzing the use of technology and social media in the delivery of better health services. Bianca completed her master's in physician assistant studies at Northeastern University and her MPH at Dartmouth.
