Carlie Dobbins is the senior director of the Clinical Transformation Office (CTO) at UAB Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. She began working at UAB as an administrative fellow after completing her master’s degree in health administration at the University of Southern California. Dobbins now leads the CTO team, which provides problem-solving support and project management for complex care delivery challenges in the hospital setting. She is passionate about solving problems with multidisciplinary teams and improving the care delivery experience for both patients and care teams.
