Gross is passionate about helping people succeed in searching for new jobs. A former marketing executive at Monster.com, she's assisted countless people with their resumes and job searches. Gross helps clients manage all aspects of their job search journey, making sure their experience and abilities are positioned as strong as they can be, ensuring a more productive and rewarding job search. She was a featured speaker at South by Southwest in 2017 and 2018, presenting the talks "You've Just Been Laid Off. Now What?" and “Conquering Your Job Search Journey.” Gross holds a BA in professional writing from Carnegie Mellon University.
