Gerald R. Ledlow, PhD, MHA, FACHE, is graduate program director in health services policy and management at the Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. Previously, Dr. Ledlow was the corporate vice president for supply chain at the Genesis Project, a Sisters of Mercy Health System initiative to redesign the delivery of healthcare services, specifically focusing on supply chain processes.
