Jay Warden, senior vice president of Kaufman, Hall & Associates, Inc., leads Kaufman Hall’s medical staff planning and physician strategy practice. With more than 20 years of healthcare management experience, Mr. Warden has held senior leadership positions in hospital and health systems, medical groups, physician management organizations, consulting firms, and software companies. Before joining Kaufman Hall, Mr. Warden was president of Sg2 Consulting, where he led the firm’s strategy consulting practice.
