Jeff Rooney is managing director at Martinville Dunn LLC, a business advisory and executive services firm to healthcare organizations. He has been a finance executive for more than 15 years, serving large community health systems and academic medical centers across the country. Mr. Rooney has more than 30 years of healthcare management experience, both as a health system executive and consultant. He has extensive experience in change leadership; process excellence and performance improvement; strategic business development and revenue growth initiatives; and physician relations and medical staff development. He holds an MBA degree in finance from Vanderbilt University, and a master’s degree in English from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Millikin University. In addition, Mr. Rooney has spoken widely on healthcare topics during the past 20 years and was previously an instructor in finance in the master’s degree in healthcare administration program at Rush University in Chicago.
