A registered nurse with clinical experience in critical care and emergency services, Lori Koethe, RN, CPHRM, is senior director, clinical risk management, at Cleveland Clinic. Previously, she was vice president/chief nursing officer at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton, Ohio. She has more than 15 years' experience in the fields of patient safety, enterprise risk management, quality and compliance and holds a Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Management credential. Ms. Koethe received a nursing diploma from M.B. Johnson School of Nursing in Grafton, Ohio, a BSN from Jacksonville (Fla.) University and a master’s of science in health law from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She is currently pursuing a DNP from Jacksonville University.
