Biography
Mary Maloney is a seasoned brand strategist and organizational change leader with over 30 years of experience guiding executives to define and communicate their brand “genius.” She has held CEO and CMO roles in both the U.S. and U.K. and has led branding and repositioning efforts for hundreds of organizations, including Mercy Health System, Penn Medicine, GuideWell, Independence Blue Cross and The Center for Creative Leadership Healthcare Division.
At 32, she sold her first business, a medical marketing agency and became the youngest recipient of the ATHENA International Award. She now leads Revealing Genius LLC, using her proprietary Excavate-Tell-Affirm™ (ETA) process, to coach thought leaders including physicians, surgeons, military veterans and clinical and non-clinical healthcare leaders to articulate their expertise and purpose.
A dynamic keynote speaker and facilitator, Maloney’s education includes Duquesne University, Villanova and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She currently facilitates Executive Presence, Digital Storytelling, Brand Management, Marketing and Leadership courses for Cornell University.
Active with ACHE, she serves on the Regent Advisory Council for Northern & Western Florida, is a member of the ACHE Western Florida Chapter, serves as an ACHE Executive Career Coach and recently served on two ACHE panels on the subject of coaching, mentoring and inclusive sponsorship.
Maloney facilitated a six-month FACHE® study group preparing participants for the Board of Governors Exam and earned the FACHE in 2025.
