Robert A. McLean, MA, PhD, was a professor in and the director of the Master of Health Services Administration Program at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. McLean has published a healthcare financial management textbook that is now in its second edition as well as many articles in healthcare management publications.
