Scott C. Stuecher
Scott Stuecher is a manager at Veralon, a healthcare consulting firm based in Philadelphia. His engagement work focuses on strategic and affiliation planning. He is an accomplished project manager recognized by clients for delivering innovative and actionable solutions to complex strategic challenges. For more than 12 years, he has worked with nearly 100 provider organizations across the country. Specifically, Mr. Stuecher's experiences have included developing comprehensive enterprise strategic plans; creating service line plans; completing independence assessments; evaluating potential affiliation partners; and developing affiliation structures and deal terms.
Prior to joining Veralon, Mr. Stuecher served in intern roles at Akron (Ohio) Children’s Hospital and Health Management Associates, a Naples, Fla.-based health and human services policy consulting firm. He frequently publishes on industry topics and has spoken at numerous healthcare leadership conferences. He was also a contributing author to Healthcare Strategic Planning, Fourth Edition, published by Healthcare Administration Press.
