Zach Isbell focuses his efforts on leading a team in the identification, development, execution and transition to operations for all new facilities and partnerships which includes new partnerships as well as expansion of existing markets. Isbell is responsible for management and administration of the leased portfolio including primary facility leases with existing partners and sub-lease/sub-tenant relationships in master-leased facilities and ongoing capital investment in existing facilities.

Prior to joining Emerus, Isbell worked with a wide array of healthcare providers, operators and healthcare adjacent entities supporting construction, development and real estate efforts. His experience includes significant time as both a general contractor/construction manager and a contracted owner’s representative.
