Biography
Adam White is a seasoned healthcare attorney that provides general legal support to the operations of Children’s Nebraska and its affiliated entities. White has a particular emphasis in supporting the operations of Children’s physician enterprise, which employs approximately 300 pediatric specialists and subspecialists. Throughout his career as both in-house counsel and in private practice, he has provided extensive legal counsel to healthcare providers on a broad range of legal issues. Some of the areas in which White has worked include fraud and abuse (e.g., Stark, Anti-Kickback and False Claims Act laws), HIPAA, EMTALA, CMS regulations, state professional and facility licensure and medical staff concerns as well as general litigation, corporate, real estate and human resource issues.
White graduated from Creighton University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in health administration and policy before receiving his JD from Creighton University School of Law in 2007. In 2019, he obtained his master’s in health administration from Bellevue University. White is also a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
