Biography
Adam White, JD, MHA, FACHE is a seasoned healthcare attorney currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel for Children's Nebraska. Adam provides general legal support to the operations of Children’s Nebraska and its affiliated entities with a particular emphasis in supporting the operations of Children’s physician enterprise, which employs approximately 300 pediatric specialists and subspecialists. Throughout his career as both in-house counsel and in private practice, Adam has provided extensive legal counsel to healthcare providers on a broad range of legal issues including fraud and abuse (e.g., Stark, Anti-Kickback and False Claims Act laws), HIPAA, EMTALA, CMS regulations, state professional and facility licensure, and medical staff concerns as well as general litigation, corporate, real estate, and human resource issues.
Adam graduated from Creighton University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Policy before receiving his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2007. In 2019, Adam obtained his Masters in Health Administration from Bellevue University. Adam is also a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
