Brandon Darrington is an accomplished healthcare executive with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Currently serving as the senior director of ambulatory access and strategy at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio, He is responsible for leading initiatives to enhance consumer experience, digital capabilities and access to care. With a focus on continuous improvement, He has successfully led performance improvement projects; streamlined access and scheduling processes; new business integration and development and established vendor relationships.

Prior to this role, Darrington has served in roles accountable for the day-to-day operations of the physician groups and hospitals departments; managing strategic planning; budgeting and physician alignment. Darrington led initiatives to improve revenue cycle management, reduce denials and enhance patient satisfaction. Additionally, Darrington played a key role in expanding the service line to multiple locations and large capital improvements.

Darrington’s exceptional contributions to the healthcare industry have received numerous accolades and awards throughout his career. He was named one of Becker's Hospital Review's Rising Stars for 2022. He is also the recipient of the Percy Allen II Chapter of the Year Award from the National Association of Health Services Executives and the Tulane University Health Management Student Leadership Association Alumni Achievement Award.
