Christopher Smith joined JLL Work Dynamics in July 2021 as the account director for Inova Healthcare in Fairfax, VA. With a master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University, 30 years of real estate experience and 11 years in a service provider role, he is responsible for leading and developing key client accounts, collaborating with clients to deliver and optimize tailored world-class commercial real estate service offerings. Smith works to attract and drive performance from top talent teams that partner and align with client goals while maintaining strong profitability and superior outcomes.

Prior to joining JLL, Smith was an account director with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions supporting multiple global clients on accounts that delivered IFM, Workplace, Transactions, Project Services and Data Centers. Smith’s past experience also includes a 20-year CREF career in a number of corporate and higher education roles at organizations including Columbia University, Council on Foreign Relations, Equitable-AXA, GM/GMAC and American Capital Strategies. Some of Smith’s clients include Ciena Corporation, USPS, DXC, Perspecta, Inova, Kindred Healthcare to name a few.
