David J. Fine, PhD, FACHE, is the president and chief executive officer of St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System. Dr. Fine has 35 years of experience as a healthcare executive and holds professorial appointments at Rice University, Texas A&M University, Baylor College of Medicine, and the University of Texas Health Science Center–Houston.
