In this role, she spearheads strategy development, technology enablement and business-to-business solutions for health systems, federal agencies and supply chain partners on a national scale.

In her previous leadership roles at Myriad Genetics and Exact Sciences, she led national commercial teams in cancer prevention and detection, emphasizing technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration.

Bateman's extensive experience includes a 20-year tenure at Merck's vaccines division, where she played a pivotal role in advancing immunization efforts. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS from Winona State University.
