Lori Marshall leverages her commercial real estate technology expertise, JLL's robust technology solutions and advisory services to help clients identify and implement solutions that enhance patient outcomes and address the unique operational challenges in healthcare organizations. By collaborating with JLL account teams and clients to develop innovative strategies and roadmaps, she enables significant technology and data-driven transformations that enhance user experience and deliver operational value. Marshall's career spans more than 23 years commercial real estate technology, with extensive experience across both owner/investor and occupier sectors. Her expertise in aligning cutting-edge technology solutions with organizational missions enables her to deliver coherent analysis and impactful strategies in the healthcare real estate space.
In a prior role, Marshall served as vice president of Client Growth at JLL, where she focused on expanding client relationships through technology-driven solutions. Marshall also spent time as vice president of JLLT Global Technology Advisory for Capital Markets and Valuations, providing strategic direction for technology implementation across the global capital markets platform. Before joining JLL in 2019, Marshall was global vice president, Digital and Technology for Real Estate Investor Services at CBRE, where she developed expertise in applying technology solutions across diverse real estate portfolios. Marshall holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management and a certificate in environmental studies from UCLA.
