Dr. Subhankar Samal is a board-certified physician executive with a combination of 15 years of clinical and management experience in healthcare. He holds an MBA in finance, healthcare and operations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a certificate in financial accounting and income statement analysis from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has worked at several healthcare organizations, including Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine, University of Florida and Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital. He also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Dr. Samal is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and in 2024, he was named a Thomas C. Dolan Executive Leadership Scholar.
