Trinette K. Pierre, DHA, RN, FACHE, has been in healthcare for more than 30 years. She is originally from New Orleans and has lived in North Texas for 15 years. Throughout her career, Trinette has worked in many areas, including academia, nursing, healthcare insurance management, healthcare administration and executive coaching. She is president/owner of TRImani Consulting LLC, a coaching, consulting and advising firm specializing in assisting healthcare executives and leaders with reaching their potential. Additionally, Trinette is an adjunct professor of healthcare administration, nursing and public health. She is also a critical care nursing unit manager for a county hospital in North Texas.

 

Trinette is a proud member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Nurses’ Association and the Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of the National Association of Health Services Executives. She serves as ACHE’s Regent for Texas—Northern. Trinette is board certified as a Fellow of ACHE and Nurse Executive Advanced-Board Certified. She also holds three certifications in executive coaching.

 

Trinette’s passion is taking care of the caregivers who give their all to those they serve. She has focused on developing, growing, supporting and mentoring healthcare front-line workers, educators, small business owners and executives.
