Biography

As the senior strategic partner, Wendy Stark-Riemer currently coordinates efforts across multiple teams within LeanTaaS to broaden the impact of what their AI-based solution can provide to health system leaders. Stark-Riemer is responsible for expanding relationships that engage existing customers in discussions regarding industry concerns, action planning for organizational success as well as providing transformation as a service to accompany predictive analytic workflows. Prior to joining LeanTaas, Stark-Riemer most recently served as the assistant vice president of business and strategy, Perioperative and Interventional Services at Rush University Medical Center. Along with a multidisciplinary team, she oversaw the business aspects of an extensive procedural area including hospital ORs, endoscopy suites, cath labs, EP and IR as well as an ambulatory surgery center. Stark-Riemer is a current adjunct faculty member at Rush University where she teaches health care managerial finance for the Master of Science in Health System Management, executive track. Stark-Riemer earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from College of Charleston and her Master of Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.
