The Biltmore Hotel is a National Historic Landmark located in the exclusive Coral Gables area located just a few miles away from the Miami International Airport. The resort features spectacular Mediterranean architecture with classic Italian, Moorish and Spanish influences spread over 150 acres of tropical landscape and offers a resorted Donald Ross 18-hotel 71-par championship golf course, tennis courts, and the largest hotel pool on the East Coast, a European spa and fitness center.

The resort offers the benefits of a traditional hotel (concierge service, fitness facility, restaurants, etc.), the Villas are similar to individual condominiums and contain a living area, dining area and full kitchen. The Villas are dispersed among the grounds of the resort and can be reached by walking or requesting a complimentary shuttle. Shuttle service among the resort grounds is often provided in 15 minutes or less. Because of the exclusive nature of the resort, there are no other hotel accommodations in the area. Located also on the resort grounds, The Sanctuary Hotel, a five-star accommodation that represents a more traditional hotel experience. Rates at the Sanctuary are often much higher and ACHE does not offer special group rates for the accommodations.
