Leading the Use of AI and Data-Based Solutions to Solve Health Disparities
March 24, 2025 RecordingAs an 108-year-old association viewed nationally as a "trusted broker," The Center for Health Affairs and key leaders convened 250+ community partners—including 10 health system in Northeast Ohio and 38 hospitals—to create the world's first scalable Social Determinants of Health Innovation Hub with support of Amazon Web Services that uses advanced analytics and AI to identify patterns linked to health disparities. With this first momentous step, over 70 CEOs and executives from government, nonprofits and for-profit organizations are solving the root causes of health disparities.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the critical leadership process of convening multiple organizations who are used to competing and working in silos and creating a common mission for what at first glance looks like "Mission Impossible."
- Identify and apply a strategic leadership framework for identifying, organizing and analyzing vast amounts of data focused on finding solutions for complex social problems
