Cancellation

To cancel your registration, please email the Customer Service Center at contact@ache.org no later than Wednesday, April 1, 2020. All cancellations incur a $100 nonrefundable processing fee due to the assessments required for this workshop. After April 1, all payments are forfeited. You do have an option to send a qualified substitute if you are unable to attend.

If, for any reason, an ACHE seminar or program does not meet your expectations, please contact the Customer Service Center at (312) 424-9400 within one week of the seminar or program, and we will issue a full tuition refund or credit toward another ACHE seminar or program.

Additional Information

To qualify for ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits, you must attend the entire Learning Lab.

Tuition includes all learning lab materials and refreshments. If you have dietary restrictions and require special meal requests, please submit them on your registration or call the Customer Service Center prior to attending your seminar.

Dress for all seminar programs is business casual. Bring a sweater or jacket as room temperatures may vary.

ACHE programs are educational in nature. Self-promotion and selling are not permitted.
