Preparation, mindset and effective communication are strategic skills used to excel in job interviews. Approaching interviews as a two-way engagement is crucial for assessing job opportunities while making a strong impression. In this session, the speakers will discuss best practices to gain valuable insights and leverage networks along with research methods to understand the interviewer, company culture and role expectations.

This session will also cover professional presentation, approaches to managing interview anxiety, different interview formats and structuring responses using the STAR method. Participants will gain practical strategies for answering challenging questions while demonstrating expertise and problem-solving capabilities. Additionally, post-interview success practices, including effective follow-up and thank-you emails, will be discussed to ensure a lasting positive impression.

By the end of this webinar, participants will feel informed, confident and equipped with actionable tools to navigate interviews successfully and advance their careers.
