1 ACHE Qualifying Education credit

In high-stakes healthcare settings, presence matters as much as performance. How you show up signals who you are as a leader long before you speak. When you don’t define your message, others will define it for you and often, they get it wrong; your leadership voice begins with how you show up. In this energizing session, healthcare leaders will explore the purpose behind their leadership identity, a foundational step in developing executive presence. Through guided reflection and illustrative models, participants will uncover the core of their personal brand including what they stand for, how they’re perceived and the leadership story they want to tell. This session empowers healthcare leaders to lead with clarity, confidence and conviction by taking ownership of their narrative. Practical tools and frameworks will be shared that participants can immediately apply, providing a strong starting point for building intentional influence rooted in purpose and aligned with your career growth.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify your 2–3-word purpose using AI and define your “hows,” your non-negotiable standards of excellence, as the foundation for future leadership development, communication and executive presence.
  • Describe your purpose and leadership presence to shape a compelling narrative that resonates across departments and career stages, anchoring your personal brand with a renewed sense of agency and conviction.
