Leaders of today’s healthcare organizations face many challenges: to provide quality care, incorporate medical technology and innovation, recruit and retain staff, control expenses and increase revenue. The demands require forward-thinking individuals who can successfully guide their organizations. ACHE’s Leaders Conference was developed for emerging healthcare executives to position themselves as visionaries within their organizations, communities and ACHE. The two-day program will leave you inspired and better equipped to handle your organization’s critical issues and leadership challenges.

Assessments and feedback:

Prior to attending the conference, you and your direct reports, supervisors and colleagues will be asked to complete an assessment about your leadership traits. It is critical that you take the time to distribute and return this assessment, as the feedback and analysis is vital to pinpointing your leadership strengths and weaknesses, while allowing the conference faculty to focus on issues important to you.
