Michael E. Frisina, PhD

Michael Frisina is founder and president of The Frisina Group LLC and The Center for Influential Leadership in Elgin, S.C. His focus is on current trends in healthcare performance. Dr. Frisina was previously assistant professor at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Md. He is the author of Influential Leadership: Change Your Behavior, Change Your Organization, Change Health Care.
