Lisa D. Vandecaveye, JD, FACHE
Lisa Vandecaveye is the corporate vice president of Legal Affairs for Botsford Health Care in Farmington Hills, Mich. She is responsible for coordinating all legal services including risk management, insurance and corporate compliance. Ms. Vandecaveye also is responsible for the facilitation of labor relations, corporate board reorganization and complex financial transactions. She is a board member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
