Population Health: The Road to Transformation

Test sub title here.

Online Seminars are six-week intensive programs that allow you to complete weekly assignments on your own and earn 6 ACHE Qualified Education credits. Over the course of six weeks, you will review a variety of multimedia resources and complete weekly assignments. Participants will receive feedback from the faculty and share observations and ideas through interactive discussions.

Although the program is fully developed, participants are asked to make recommendations on how the online seminar might be further improved. You will be required to fill out a detailed evaluation at the end of the program.
