Mr. Caldwell has authored or co-authored six leading healthcare management books on cost reduction, accountable change models and the executive role in Lean Six Sigma. A former HCA hospital CEO and worldwide executive vice president of Juran Institute’s Healthcare Practice, he served on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board Support Team and was the healthcare representative on the U.S. Quality Council.

Kurt Stuenkel, FACHE, is president and CEO of Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Ga. He earned his bachelor's degree from Emory University and his MBA and master's in health administration degrees from Georgia State University. During Mr. Stuenkel's tenure as CEO, Floyd Medical Center received many laudable milestones, including top employer for the past three years and Press-Ganey Patient Satisfaction Awards.

To qualify for ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits assigned to a seminar, you must attend the entire seminar.

To cancel or transfer to another seminar, please notify us in writing no later than Friday, September 19, 2014, for full credit or refund, less a $100.00 nonrefundable processing fee per seminar. After these dates, all fees are forfeited. You may, however, send a substitute if you cannot attend.
