Welcome to Congress: Advance
By Deborah J. Bowen, FACHE, CAE
Greetings Colleagues,
Welcome back to beautiful Chicago! We are honored and excited to have you join us for the first in-person Congress on Healthcare Leadership in three years.
Much has changed since the last time we came together. We have made remarkable progress, even as we faced difficult challenges. The leadership, dedication and innovation that our field has shown has inspired our Congress theme, “Advance.”
We have designed the program and experiences of the next few days to help you keep on that path of advancement:
- More than 240 faculty, including over 45 CEOs, will share insights, best practices and strategies to navigate the post-COVID healthcare landscape.
- Connect with your colleagues at numerous luncheons, receptions and other networking events.
- The revamped Solutions Center hosts career advising activities and information booths, as well as the new Ignite Stage, offering even more programming from industry-leading authors and experts.
The Board, staff and I remain grateful and humbled by all you have accomplished as a field since we last learned, networked and formed new friendships with one another. We hope this week’s events leave you energized and ready to push forward. Thank you for being a leader who cares, and for allowing us to be your trusted partner in lifelong learning.
Warm regards,
DeborahDeborah J. Bowen, FACHE, CAE, is president/CEO of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
