Providing Leaders With News They Need
With its ear to the ground, Healthcare Executive provides members with focused coverage of emerging trends and issues in healthcare management. For example, the cover story in the latest issue on HealthcareExecutive.org delves into how hospitals and health systems have doubled down on their commitment to quality and safety despite challenges posed by the pandemic. And, the magazine’s columns offer nuanced insights into various areas that healthcare executives deal with on a daily basis, such as how to improve safety huddles from the perspective of The Joint Commission, and cost-reduction measures healthcare organizations might consider in the “Finance” column.
As a member, you also have access to timely interviews with thought leaders through the popular Healthcare Executive Podcast and exclusive Web Extras—relevant content only available on HealthcareExecutive.org.
We are proud to offer these benefits and encourage members to dive into all that Healthcare Executive, ACHE’s official magazine, has to offer, including the podcast and Web Extras. Thank you for being part of the ACHE community.
Diverse Community-Based Hospitals Are Lifeline to Saving Clinical Research
COVID-19 highlighted the importance of diversity and patient trust in all aspects of healthcare. A natural first step to help build patient trust is leveraging diverse populations in clinical research.
In this podcast, Christy Dueck, vice president and general manager of research, Cerner, leads a conversation with John Potthoff, CEO, Elligo Health Research, and Scott Rogers, director of innovation, CoxHealth, around how diverse, community-based hospitals are a lifeline to saving clinical research and can help increase patient trust and reduce disparities.
