- Masters of Care Delivery: Peter WT Pisters, MD, FACHE, FACPE, president and CEO, MD Anderson Cancer Center, will speak about values-based leadership and care delivery excellence at his organization.

IHF Call for Abstracts
The International Hospital Federation is now accepting abstract submissions for the 48th World Hospital Congress in Geneva, Switzerland, Nov. 10–13, 2025. Hosted by IHF and Geneva University Hospitals, the World Hospital Congress brings healthcare leaders and executives together for global learning that inspires local action.
IHF is seeking projects, programs and research that showcase innovations, models and examples of leadership to be presented at its 48th World Hospital Congress. IHF’s Scientific Committee invites you to submit abstracts for consideration under one of five tracks:
- Leadership Imperatives.
- Clinical models enhancing quality and safety.
- Environmentally sustainable, resilient, and low-carbon healthcare.
- Digital transformation and AI in care and hospital operations.
- The human-centered experience–core to all we do.

ACHE Accepting Graduate Student Scholarship Applications
Online applications for ACHE’s 2025 Albert W. Dent and Foster G. McGaw Graduate Student Scholarships will be accepted beginning Jan. 2. Offered annually, the scholarships are awarded to outstanding students with a financial need who are enrolled in their final year of graduate programs in health services administration.
Every year ACHE awards up to 15 scholarships, each worth $5,000. Applications for the scholarships are due March 31. Visit the Albert W. Dent and Foster G. McGaw Graduate Student Scholarships web page for more information.
