Executive Learning Lab: Leading for Safety

Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston is hosting an executive learning lab Feb. 12–13 on leading for safety best practices, where you can earn 7 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits.

Called ACHE's Executive Learning Lab: Leading for Safety, the program will provide tools to help implement and sustain a culture of safety in your organization to reduce medical errors. Join key leaders from Memorial Hermann Health System to learn how to bring culture of safety to life with a mixture of expert faculty interaction, experiential learning and networking.

World Hospital Congress Seeking Abstracts

Health sector leaders and professionals wishing to present their work, orally or through a poster, at the 43rd World Hospital Congress can submit an abstract to the Scientific Committee for consideration.

 

Submitting an abstract gives you the chance to showcase your work and achievements to the international healthcare community. Successful abstract authors will also be considered for publication in the IHF Journal and presenting in an IHF webinar, as well as earn a chance to compete in the best poster competition at the Congress.

Hosted by the Ministry of Health of the Sultanate of Oman, the World Hospital Congress will be held Nov. 7–9, 2019, in Muscat, Oman. Deadline to submit an abstract is Feb. 15, 2019.

You are invited to submit abstracts against any of the following sub-themes:

  • Resilient health services
  • Health investment for prosperity
  • Innovation for health impact
