Program Spotlight: Maximize Your Time at Congress With Boot Camps and Pre-Congress Seminars

Make the most of your Congress on Healthcare Leadership experience by attending one of nine Boot Camps or one of two Pre-Congress Seminars offered the weekend before Congress begins.

Gain insights into the challenges and opportunities that come with working as a trusted adviser to healthcare organizations, and examine the critical business components of working as a consultant during the brand new Healthcare Consultants Boot Camp, led by expert faculty Scott A. Mason, DPA, FACHE. Be sure to check out Mason’s recent blog post about considerations to keep in mind for those interested in pursuing a career as a healthcare consultant.

Offered the Sunday before Congress, Boot Camps examine factors that determine success in the following key areas and roles: Baldrige, CEOs, COOs, emerging executives, healthcare consultants (new), high-reliability, leading through Lean, patient experience (new) and physician executives.

This year’s Pre-Congress Seminars are “Behavioral Health Challenges, Strategies and Solutions: The Business Case for Meeting Community Needs,” and “Behavior Smarts: Increasing Healthcare Leadership Performance.”

Pre-Congress Seminars provide an additional 12 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits, while Boot Camps provide 7 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits. Take the Seminars and Boot Camps as part of your Congress experience or as stand-alone programs.
