Intended for hospital leaders and decision makers from around the world, the tour will include networking opportunities, meetings with and presentations delivered by senior health officials, and site visits to hospitals and public institutions. You are encouraged to register early as the number of participants is limited to 15 and ticket sales for the study tour end on July 31. IHF members are entitled to a discounted rate.
Achieving Influential Leadership
As leaders, we must ask ourselves: How can improving my performance catalyze improvement in my organization? Health Administration Press author and ACHE faculty Michael E. Frisina, PhD, CEO of The Frisina Group, thoroughly addresses these important questions, and more, in his book Influential Leadership: Change Your Behavior, Change Your Organization, Change Health Care.

Highlights From the 2019 Fellows Seminar
More than 30 ACHE Fellows gathered last month in Naples, Fla., during the 2019 Fellows Seminar to enjoy timely, interactive content designed exclusively for them.
Participants could choose from one of two seminars that best supported their career development needs. Those who attended “Improving the Patient Experience to Build Customer Loyalty” said they appreciated the small class size and real-world application of the topic and examples from healthcare organizations that are doing well with patient experience
Those who attended one of our newest seminars, “Solving the Enigma of Medical Group Performance: Methods to Identify and Add Meaningful Value,” explored how to work more closely with physicians by including them in operational decisions.
Mark your calendars to join your FACHE peers at the 2020 Fellows Seminar, May 7–8, 2020, at Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island, S.C.
