New ACHE Chairman to Focus on Member Engagement
Heather J. Rohan, FACHE, said her goal is ensuring members are engaged, particularly during their first year of membership.
Rohan, president, HCA TriStar Division, Brentwood, Tenn., assumed office March 2 during the Congress on Healthcare Leadership. In her first speech as Chairman, Rohan outlined her goals for the year, which include ensuring ACHE is an indispensable leadership partner.“We want to personalize your experience to meet you where you are in your career,” said Rohan. “For instance, we recognize that the first year of membership is critical, and we are identifying ways to assure that first-year experience is one that leads to the next 10, 20, 30 years. As you advance in your career, we want to be at your side.”
Congress Save the Date: Remember to mark your calendars for Congress on Healthcare Leadership next year, to be held March 23–26, Hyatt Regency Chicago.
