Cecelia K. Wooden, EdD
Cecelia Wooden is a senior consultant at Korn/Ferry International, headquartered in
Los Angeles. Her consulting services focus on core value identification, performance
management, strategic planning, leadership development and executive coaching.
An ACHE affiliate, Dr. Wooden is a presenter at ACHE’s Leadership Development
Program, Leaders Conference and the Senior Executive and Executive Programs.
She is senior faculty for the Master of Arts program in Strategic Communication
and Leadership at Seton Hall University in South Orange, N.J. She is the lead faculty
for the California Health Leadership College, Berkeley, and the Massachusetts
Health Leadership College, Boston, which are C-suite leadership programs affiliated
with the California Hospital Association and Massachusetts Hospital Association,
respectively.
Reed L. Morton, PhD, FACHE
Reed Morton is director of ACHE’s Healthcare Executive Career Resource
Center and associate director of ACHE’s Division of Research. He is trained
as an executive coach, is certified to administer leadership and psychological
assessments, and is a trained group facilitator. Board certified in
healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow and a Certified Job Search
Strategist, Dr. Morton created ACHE’s Leadership Mentoring Network and
Career Management Network and the online educational program Career
Management 101.
