and politics are natural in every organization. Individual
and organizational performance hinges on the political
makeup of an organization and the people who hold the
power. However, power and politics are often misunderstood
and are often characterized as negative aspects of an
organization's culture. In this seminar, you will gain
a better understanding of the political behavior in your
organization. You will learn fundamental strategies and
information to help you navigate the political environment
to achieve organizational, departmental, and personal
success.

Recognized
as a leading authority in the areas of team building and leadership
development, William Moskal has worked with more than 2,000
teams in the public and private sectors. He has more than 25
years of consulting experience with a focus on enhancing human
performance. His primary efforts over the past 10 years have
been serving as a leadership coach for top executives. Currently
a senior partner with IRI Consultants to Management in Detroit,
Dr. Moskal has served as corporate director of Organization
Development with Henry Ford Health System and was director
of Human Relations with the Archdiocesan Schools. He also served
as an associate professor at Oakland University.
