Health Administration Press offers instructors desk copies (if you have already adopted the book) and exam copies (books for examination to make an adoption decision.)

For fastest service, submit your exam copy request via the online exam copy request form.

If you wish to send a request via mail or e-mail, please include the following information:

• Instructor name, name of textbook being requested, institution name, shipping address (no P.O. boxes), phone number, and e-mail address
• A contact name and phone number we can use to verify your employment as an instructor

For each book requested please provide:

• The title of the course for which the book is being considered and the season the course will be taught
• The course level (graduate, undergraduate, or continuing education) and expected enrollment
• The likelihood of adoption of the text
• The anticipated use of the text (primary, supplemental, or recommended reading)

We observe the limit of three publications for examination per course.

Requests will not be taken over the phone. All of the requested information must be provided for a request to be processed.

Exam copies are shipped via UPS within the U.S. and Canada. Please allow 7-10 business days to process and deliver your request. For RUSH shipping requests, please provide a credit card number or a UPS or FedEx account number.
