Thomas A. Atchison, EdD

Tom Atchison is president and founder of Atchison Consulting LLC in Le Claire, Iowa. Since 1984, Dr. Atchison has consulted with healthcare organizations on a variety of leadership topics. He has taught several courses on leadership and change management and has written or co-written numerous publications including the books Followership: A Practical Guide to Aligning Leaders and Followers, Leadership’s Deeper Dimensions: Building Blocks to Superior Performance and Leading Healthcare Cultures: How Human Capital Drives Financial Performance.
