Kathleen H. McCarthy
Kathleen McCarthy is a vice president with Health Strategies & Solutions Inc., where she leads the mergers and acquisitions practice and is a senior member of the strategic planning practice. Ms. McCarthy directs strategic, affiliation, physician strategic and ambulatory care planning for various healthcare organizations. Ms. McCarthy received the HFMA Best Article Award for 2010/2011. She also authored a chapter on physician impacts and politics in the book Leading Your Organization Through a Merger or Acquisition.
