After that time, a refund is forfeited. For a full credit for a course cancellation or re-enrollment, please notify the Customer Service Center within 14 business days after the start of the program, less a $50 processing fee. After this time a credit or re-enrollment is forfeited. If a course includes a book, ACHE must receive notification of your cancellation prior to shipment of the book. Once the book has shipped, no refund or credit for the book will be granted. Substitute attendees are permitted.
