With 36 years of healthcare experience, Carson Dye is a senior partner with Witt/Kieffer, the largest healthcare search firm in the United States. Mr. Dye serves as a special advisor to The Healthcare Roundtable and is a faculty member of the Governance Institute. He currently teaches leadership in the University of Alabama Birmingham Executive Graduate Program in Health Administration. Mr. Dye is the author of seven books, including the 2001 James A. Hamilton Book of the Year Award winner, Leadership in Healthcare: Values at the Top.

Bob Edmondson, FACHE
Chief Strategy Officer, Carroll Hospital Center

Bob Edmondson has more than 25 years of experience in driving healthcare strategy for physicians, hospitals, health systems and post-acute care networks. He is currently chief strategy officer for Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, Md. Previously he served as corporate vice president of innovation for West Penn Allegheny Health System, where he played a key role in developing a new payor-provider collaboration for accountable care. His experience includes executive leadership with community and academic healthcare systems and professional services firms.

Kathleen Jennison Goonan, MD

Kathleen Jennison Goonan is an associate in health policy at the Mongan Institute for Health Policy in Boston, and CEO of Goonan Performance Strategies LLC in Northborough, Mass., a consulting resource for leaders seeking to achieve organizational performance excellence. Dr. Jennison Goonan has served as a judge for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, The Joint Commission’s Codman Award and AHA McKesson Quality Award. Dr. Jennison Goonan has served as a physician executive and is a board-certified internist in clinical practice.

David J. Tesmer
Sr. Vice President, Community Engagement & Advocacy, Texas Health Resources

David Tesmer is the senior vice president of advocacy and community benefit for Texas Health Resources in Arlington, Texas. He is responsible for public policy and advocacy, community health improvement, community affairs, and faith and spirituality integration. Mr. Tesmer currently serves as chair of the Texas Hospital Association’s PAC and the government affairs committee of the North Texas Commission and is chair-elect of the Arlington Chamber Foundation and immediate past chair of the Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council’s Community Health Collaborative.
