Vaccination Policy

Your safety is our highest priority. In accordance with our values and commitment to safety for our members, the community at large and staff onsite, ACHE will require anyone who attends an in-person ACHE event to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This includes all attendees, speakers, staff and exhibitors. To validate vaccination status, all participants must either submit proof via the CLEAR Health Pass app, or on-site through the concierge validation service. In accordance with CDC recommendations, masks will be required for everyone while indoors. As new developments arise, we will continue to evaluate and communicate decisions related to masking and social distancing at in-person events.

We expect the CLEAR Health Pass app to launch the week of November 15, 2021, and will communicate its availability directly to all who may have registered for the event prior to this date.

To submit your proof of vaccination, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download the CLEAR HEALTH PASS app from your favorite app store.
  2. Tap on the white Health Pass tile and find ACHE 2021 Chicago Cluster in the Events section.
  3. Follow prompts to confirm your proof of vaccination.
  4. You will be able to securely upload your CDC card, scan a SMART QR code, or link to a health provider. (International guests will be able to present credentials onsite)

* Non-U.S.-based attendees - the CLEAR Health Pass will not work with your vaccine documents. Please bring your vaccination card (paper/digital) for a manual review onsite.

Cancellation

To cancel your registration, please email the Customer Service Center at contact@ache.org no later than Tuesday, Nov. 30 All cancellations incur a $100 nonrefundable processing fee. After Nov. 30, all payments are forfeited. You do have an option to send a qualified substitute if you are unable to attend.

Your Satisfaction Is Guaranteed!

If, for any reason, an ACHE seminar or program does not meet your expectations, please contact the Customer Service Center at (312) 424-9400 within one week of the seminar or program, and we will issue a full tuition refund or credit toward another ACHE seminar or program.

Additional Information

To qualify for ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits assigned to a seminar, you must attend the entire seminar.

Tuition includes all seminar materials and refreshments. If you have dietary restrictions and require special meal requests, please submit them on your registration or call the Customer Service Center prior to attending your seminar.

Dress for all seminar programs is business casual. Bring a sweater or jacket as room temperatures may vary.

ACHE programs are educational in nature. Self-promotion and selling are not permitted.
