    <div>Jim Austin<strong>&nbsp;</strong>heads JH Austin Associates Inc., Chicago, where he combines business strategy and organizational development theory with extensive industry experience to guide organizations. He is also an adjunct senior lecturer at Brown University, Providence, R.H., in the Executive Master of Healthcare Leadership program, and a faculty member at Duke Corporate Education, headquartered in Durham, N.C. Mr. Austin is a lecturer/consultant at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education in the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, where he tailors and delivers senior-level seminars on strategy, strategic execution, scenario planning and critical thinking at a number of leading companies.     <p>Laurie K. Baedke is the founder and CEO of Growth Edge Holdings. Baedke is a well-regarded keynote speaker at international conferences, an executive coach and the host of a weekly leadership podcast, <em>The Growth Edge</em>.</p> <p>Baedke holds a master's degree in healthcare administration and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American College of Medical Practice Executives. She has been certified by the Gallup organization as a Strengths Performance Coach since 2006. </p> <p>Baedke contributed a chapter titled "The Clinician Entrepreneur" in <em>The Handbook of Private Practice</em>, a book published by Oxford Press in 2017.     Author

    <p>Sarah Freymann Fontenot, JD, served as the adjunct professor for health law in the Department of Health Care Administration at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas for 26 years and retired in 2023. A former nurse and practicing attorney, she is also a professional speaker who specializes in explaining how healthcare is evolving and what those changes mean for providers. Fontenot also has taught extensively for physician organizations including the Texas Medical Association and for ACHE since 2007, for which she is an online instructor for the Board of Governors Examination Review course, Health Law Essentials. Previously, Fontenot taught in the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at Yale Medical School in New Haven, Connecticut.</p>

She has spent her career as a CEO and COO in rural, urban and suburban hospitals in acute and post-acute care. Ms. Lamberton has been a guest lecturer for leadership and management for several graduate programs around the country and has been faculty at ACHE&#8217;s annual Congress on Healthcare Leadership for 11 years running. She received an ACHE Distinguished Service Award in 2013 and an ACHE Regent Early Careerist Award in 2009. She was honored by <em>Legacy Miami</em> as one of &#8220;South Florida&#8217;s Most Powerful and Influential Black Professionals in Business and Industry&#8221; in 2016.
